More than the Sum is a £1.5m fund developed by NOMS CFO Programme, aimed at supporting the creation of enterprise based consortia.  The objective is to help small and medium sized social enterprises and organisations from other sectors be in a position to participate in the delivery of current and future NOMS CFO, wider government and other opportunities.

The aim is that the fund  enables successful bidders to access technical and specialist support to help develop governance, legal and other structures and policies together with initial investment monies to develop their business model.  The funding will be made available through a competitive tendering exercise, organised through a series of national, regional and local lots.
